Return Policy

At FAROG, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Before making a purchase, please review our terms and conditions.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Exchange Requests: You may request for exchange within 4 days of delivery.
  2. Reverse Pickup Service: Home pickup is available for ₹150.
  3. COD Orders: For COD orders, store credit with a 1-year validity will be provided to your registered email address or contact number.
  4. Store Credit Orders: Orders placed using store credits are not refundable but can be returned for store credit.
  5. Refunds: Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for select concerns. You can let us know what your specific concerns is over WhatsApp.
  6. Customised outfits are not applicable for returns or refunds in any case. We can still work around size/fit issues.
  7. Product Condition: Refunds are only possible if you have received a damaged product. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. You will have to share photos with us for review and resolution also.
  8. Responsibility: We are not responsible for any unaccounted items handed over to our courier partners. Only items arranged for pickup will be processed.
  9. Packaging: Ensure exchanged items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  10. Processing Time: Typically, we receive returned products within 7-9 days. Once received, we will check the product and issue store credit within 24-48 hours.

  11. Refunds, exchanges or size alteration will not be applicable on items purchased on sale. 

    Merchandise purchased on sale, any customisation on the product (if required) extra charges to be borne by the customer before placing the order.
