Return Policy

At FAROG, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Before making a purchase, please review our terms and conditions.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Exchange Requests: You may request for exchange within 4 days of delivery.
  2. Reverse Pickup Service: Home pickup is available for ₹150.
  3. COD Orders: For COD orders, store credit with a 1-year validity will be provided to your registered email address or contact number.
  4. Store Credit Orders: Orders placed using store credits are not refundable but can be returned for store credit.
  5. Refunds: Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for select concerns. You can let us know what your specific concerns is over WhatsApp.
  6. Product Condition: Refunds are only possible if you have received a damaged product. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. You will have to share photos with us for review and resolution also.
  7. Responsibility: We are not responsible for any unaccounted items handed over to our courier partners. Only items arranged for pickup will be processed.
  8. Packaging: Ensure exchanged items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  9. Processing Time: Typically, we receive returned products within 7-9 days. Once received, we will check the product and issue store credit within 24-48 hours.
